Shipping & Returns We ship our goods all over the world using Canada Post. The estimated shipping rate is calculated at the time of checkout and is based on the weight and volume of the ordered goods. When you place an order with Science Line, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of the items and the shipping methods you choose. Once we receive payment and if the goods are in stock, we will ship the goods within a couple of days, if they are not in stock it might take a couple weeks. If you decide to ship the in-stock goods of your order separately from the out-of-stock goods, a separate shipping charge will be applied for shipping the out-of-stock goods once they have become available. Faulty goods may be returned within 10 business days from the date of receipt. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required before returning any goods. Goods sent without RMA will be refused. A 10% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returned merchandise and shipping charges are non-refundable.
